If you submit a contact or interest form, Level Up How collects only the information needed to route that request.
Information you choose to provide
- Email address and optional name.
- The selected interest type and stable page or CTA identifiers.
- The consent version, server submission time, and non-sensitive delivery identifier.
Do not submit health, financial, legal, crisis, password, payment, or other sensitive personal details. These forms do not request free-form circumstances.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and analytics providers may receive ordinary technical information needed to serve, secure, and understand the site, including page requests, device/browser information, approximate provider-derived location, timestamps, and basic engagement events. Level Up How’s events use stable content/interface identifiers—not names, email addresses, free text, or sensitive values.
How information is used
- Respond to the selected contact or interest category.
- Understand which public paths generate interest.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- Maintain consent and delivery evidence and meet applicable obligations.
Level Up How does not sell personal information or use submitted form data for third-party targeted advertising.
Service providers
Current providers may include Vercel for hosting, delivery, operational logs, and privacy-bounded analytics, and Resend for routing approved emails. External videos and resources follow their providers’ terms. Privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds can still contact Google/YouTube when loaded or used.
Retention
Contact and interest messages and delivery evidence may be retained for up to 12 months, unless longer retention is reasonably required for an active conversation, security, dispute, or legal obligation. Information may be deleted or de-identified earlier when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form. Where applicable, request access, correction, or deletion through Contact using “Privacy request.” Verification may be required.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and the forms are not intended to collect their information.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely secure. This policy may change as the site, providers, or requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version.
