Agreement
These Terms apply when you access or use Level Up How. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Educational information only
Level Up How provides general education and links to third-party resources—not individualized medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. No outcome, earnings, health result, behavior change, relationship result, or completion timeline is guaranteed.
No current coach or service purchase
Unless a page clearly states otherwise with a real provider, availability, terms, and destination, coach matching and services are not bookable or for sale. An interest submission is not an approval, engagement, reservation, professional relationship, purchase, or launch promise.
Third-party content
Level Up How does not own or control linked or embedded materials and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, or continued suitability. Inclusion does not imply mutual endorsement. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious or deceptive data, evade abuse controls, impersonate another person, or violate law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Level Up How’s original copy, structure, branding, and code are protected by applicable law. Third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Personal, non-commercial educational use does not grant a broader license.
Availability and changes
The site may change, remove, correct, or suspend content and features without guaranteeing continued availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Level Up How will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from site or third-party-resource use. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law
California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and permitted disputes will be brought in state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
